Judge Chris Cook – Wipe Off That Smile

An Ohio judge dismissed charges against two people who spent years in jail but whose lawyers say were falsely accused of sexually abusing children from a Head Start program. Nancy Smith, 64, and Joseph Allen, 68, were accused by a woman of molesting her daughter and other Head Start pupils in the early 1990s.

But Lorain County Judge Chris Cook said he dismissed the charges because new evidence would not support convictions if new trials were granted. Cook cited affidavits signed by the woman’s son and her ex-husband that said Margie Grondin, who now goes by the last name of Perazzola, coached her daughter to accuse Smith and Allen of abuse in the early 1990s. Smith spent 15 years in prison and Allen a total of 23 years behind bars. – New York Post

Ohio Judge Chris Cook needs to wipe that smile off his face. Pronto.

Instead of a smile, Ohio Judge Chris Cook and Ohio Prosecutors of Lorain County need to call a repentant fast, praying for wisdom to sweep out the corruption in the Ohio legal system.

Is this the kind of fast I have chosen, only a day for a man to humble himself? Is it only for bowing one’s head like a reed and for lying on sackcloth and ashes? Is that what you call a fast, a day acceptable to the Lord ? “Is not this the kind of fasting I have chosen: to loose the chains of injustice and untie the cords of the yoke, to set the oppressed free and break every yoke? (Isaiah 58:5-6)

Judge Chris Cook sits upon a bench that he and his impure prosecutors have so polluted the legal system that they cannot and will not reveal someone coaching a lie. As a result there is the wholesale destruction of individuals, families and many others falsely accused for which the Living God will hold you accountable unless you repent with godly sorrow.

Not to mention how many years it takes for the Ohio legal system to correct this vile injustice.

Truth is nowhere to be found, and whoever shuns evil becomes a prey. The Lord looked and was displeased that there was no justice. (Isaiah 59:15)

The only thing Judge Chris Cook has going for him and his prosecutors is that King County Prosecutors of Seattle, Washington make Ohio State look good.

As the Good Book declares Seattle’s King County Prosecutors make Ohio Prosecutors and Judges look reasonable: Bear your disgrace, for you, have furnished some justification for your sisters. Because your sins were more vile than theirs, they appear more righteous than you.

So then, be ashamed and bear your disgrace, for you, have made your sisters appear righteous. (Ezekiel 16:52)

While Perazzola coached her daughter to lie, in the City of Enumclaw, Washington State the police dictate, script out, plant false memories and thoroughly construct a fake crime and false prosecution.

The Enumclaw Police provided the coaching, the scripting and energy for the eager beaver King County Prosecutors and their sub-set departments to have, and I quote them, a “happy” day in court.

Begin to prove your not like other corrupt Judges and Prosecutors by denouncing Seattle’s King County Prosecutors.

If a mother in secret coaches a child to falsely accuse is wrong, how much more when Prosecutors and Judges fully support Detectives that script accusations, manipulate a young woman to lie, delete evidence and use unproven slander as “evidence” is utterly wrong in open court!

Yea, I did not think so.

You being a prosecutor judge you might want to re-consider the thought that being good and retired in 27 years that your “mistakes” will not matter much. For to the the Living God you will have to give a full account for your and your associates’ legal sins.  “You have trusted in your wickedness and have said, ‘No one sees me.’ Your wisdom and knowledge mislead you when you say to yourself, ‘I am, and there is none besides me.'” (Isaiah 47:10)

God is no fool – He sees clearly why these “corrections” happen most of the time decades later.

This is why God lumps all unrepentant sinners in one place, as each shares in the sin of the other.

Fact is, Washington State, Seattle King County Prosecutors and the City of Enumclaw Police promote, yes, promote their police force that go way beyond the duty to coach false accusations.
